Start your 60-day free trialPress the button on the plan you want, and the signup page opens with that plan picked; you can change it there. Monthly and annual are first charged on day 61. Lifetime starts its free trial on monthly, so buy lifetime in the app before day 61 to pay $5,499 once. If you do not, monthly starts at $199.

Prices are in US dollars.
The first six months
Day 1
Your plan, your shop’s name, your name and your email, then your card on Stripe’s payment page. We charge nothing that day.
Around day 45
The Billing page shows your plan and what day 61 charges. If you picked lifetime, buy it there before day 61 to pay $5,499 once; if you do not, monthly starts at $199.
Day 61
We charge the plan you are on: $199 for monthly, or $1,990 for annual. A shop that bought lifetime pays nothing more.
Month 6
The six months count from the day you signed up, so the 60 free days are part of them.
What you get
There is one version of PartScheduler. A shop on monthly and a shop that paid once run the same app, and both get every change we make. We sell nothing as an add-on.
Questions
No. The price covers the whole shop, with no limit on people, sign-ins or screens.
Only if you buy lifetime, which we charge on the day you press Buy lifetime in the app; picking lifetime when you sign up charges nothing. We first charge monthly and annual on day 61, and a shop that cancels during the 60 days pays nothing.
Press Cancel subscription on the Billing page in the app, or Cancel Lifetime if you bought lifetime. During the free trial the shop keeps working until the trial ends, and we charge nothing. After that, and inside the six months, canceling uses the guarantee above: we refund you, and the shop turns read-only that day. Later on, a monthly or annual plan stops at the end of the period you paid for, and we do not charge you again; a lifetime plan never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Stripe tries the card again for about two weeks, and the shop keeps working the whole time. If every try fails, the shop turns read-only: your people can still see and print everything they could before, and we delete nothing, but nobody can save changes to jobs, parts or the schedule. To bring it back, send us a message from Help in the app. The shop comes back once everything owed is paid, including the months it spent read-only.
Not on a launch price. A shop that starts at $199 a month or $1,990 a year keeps that price for as long as it subscribes, and a lifetime plan has nothing further to pay. The terms set out how any other price change works.
Yes. The board at the top of our home page runs on made-up jobs in all five of its views. Further down the same page, the part recipe builder redraws the job card and the traveler as you type.
